What a great book. This book covers it all. If you are looking for a book to help you grow great tomatoes~This is definitely the book. The author definitely knows his tomatoes! This book has detailed instructions from the start of preparing the soil all the way through the growing process including pests and disease. I am experienced at growing tomatoes and still benefited from reading this book. My favorite part of this book is the colored pictures of pests and diseased tomatoes. I really woulda loved to have this book when I first starting growing tomatoes. Would have saved me a lot of trial and error.This book is written very well and easy to navigate. It is well worth its price. I think this is a must have for anyone who is knew to growing tomatoes but is also helpful to the experienced gardener as well.

I am a first time gardener. My tomato seedlings have only sprouted last week. I cannot say that I have used this author's advice and turned out some wonderful tomatoes, but I hope to soon.
Read in one evening...the basics of tomato gardening. The author veers off topic periodically telling stories of their childhood. However the tomato growing tips given in the later chapters are great!
I found this book to be very helpful in providing me with the information I need to start growing my tomatoes.
Production prediction seems to good to be true. Will withhold judgment until I have tried the method.
This book is well written, easy to read and full of clear info about soil, seeds, plants, bugs, pruning, staking and enjoying tomatoes! It's short and to the point. Great for a beginner. I am an experienced gardener but I still picked up a few hints and some nice recipes! Try it!
